Happy Home Shine offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including: basic cleaning, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and cleaning for Airbnb properties and offices.
For safety and operational reasons, the following services are not included: dishwashing, laundry, ironing, moving heavy furniture or appliances, pet care, childcare or eldercare, chimney or duct cleaning, cleaning of delicate or high-value items, or use of hazardous chemicals. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $75 fee.
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date. If entry is not possible or delayed due to client circumstances, the appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
Happy Home Shine is insured; however, we are not responsible for damage to fragile, sentimental, or high-value items that were not removed or disclosed before the cleaning. Clients are encouraged to secure valuables before service.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, debit, and credit cards.
Discounted rates for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings are available. Missed appointments or changes must comply with our cancellation policy.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.
Happy Home Shine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
